IF I haven’t already given this recipe to you,
it is a summertime must.
It’s delish and well worth the effort of
squeezing a few lemons and picking some mint.

Dixon Iced Tea

15 – 20 sprigs of mint
10 -12 tea bags
2/3 cup lemon juice (about 6 whole)
1 cup sugar

Mix mint and tea with 4 cups boiling water
In another pot, mix sugar and lemon with 4 cups boiling water.
Let steep at least an hour.
Strain mint and tea into a gallon pitcher.
Add sugar and lemon mixture.
Add 8 cups cold water.

This makes a boatload..
approx 16 8 oz. servings.
