WINTER  2023

We will be running WINTER classes in the studio, class sizes are kept small and space is limited. WINTER class sessions we will be filled with all new concepts and projects, using a variety of exciting mediums and techniques.  If you’ve joined us for the FALL session you will be in for all new art explorations and surprises! 

MIXED MEDIA  for kids 5 – 12

MON (sold out) WED or THU  4 – 5:30 pm

winter session :  JAN 9 – MAR 2          7 classes  $210

Our Mixed media class is the foundation of beehive ART!  This is the class where we share and explore multiple ART techniques using a variety of exciting and fun ART materials – including watercolor, oil pastel, paint, photo, print and pattern collage, 3-D sculpture, book making, printmaking, mobiles, installations, design, sewing and textiles.

Mini MAKERS  for kids 2 – 4yrs

WED OR FRI  9:30 – 10:15 am 

winter session:  JAN 11 – MAR 2    7 classes $175

We will explore a variety of techniques and mediums –  painting, printing, mixed media collage, color, sculpture and exciting hands on sensory activities.  We focus on the process, the materials, and the experience.  Each child must be accompanied by an adult. 

ART EXPLORERS for kids  4 – 6yrs

WED or THU 2 – 3:00 pm

winter session:  JAN 11 – MAR  2          7 classes  $175

This one hour mixed-media class concentrates on the artistic process and individual visual expression. We will experiment with watercolors, oil pastels, paints, paper, wood and fabric, while exploring collage, 3-D sculpture, book making, printmaking and constructing. Super fun and engaging ART specifically designed for 4 – 6 year olds, this is a drop-off class. 

SCULPTURE CLASS for kids 5+ 

TUES 4 – 5:30   (two spots)

winter session: JAN 10 – MAR 1       7 classes $210 

This class is all about building and constructing 3D works of ART. We will use clay, wood, paper, textiles, wire and found objects to make sculptures and installations.
